Delayed sleep phase syndrome - DSPS - nightowlness you are describing. Shifted phase, but get regular number of hours. Can be adjusted sometimes by using lightboxes and melatonin, but usually rather built-in. Glad you have work that fits your sleep pattern. That can be hard to find for folks with DSPS, then they suffer to try to fit into main stream.
