  • @theboos47 LOL, ninja is the best regulator manufacturer in the world!

  • Typo yes it was in a sealed box

  • @coltenW1 will advise via email

  • I got it online and tees it was in a sealed box

  • Looked into it and saw oil bubbling out.. Should this be or should I return the tank and get a new one?

  • @coltenW1 - where did you get the tank? was it in a sealed box?

  • I just got a 68 4500 ninja tank and I got it today and I noticed that there is oil in the fill nipple! I'm not going to fill it till I get confirmation that there should have been oil in it. The tank is brand new just out of the box and I noticed that the fill nipple was ticking so I

  • Umm I just got a 68 4500 tank and

  • Hey, I just want to say thanks for everything. I just got a Ninja tank and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Thanks for the great product, and excellent service ;)

A quick question- the nipple cover on my tank fell off, but I'm guessing this isn't a big deal? If it is, will the new magnetic ones from the SLP's work?

    Thanks in advance.

  • @RussJordii it is not a big deal but you do want to get one on there soon. Anything will help to keep the dirt out.

the magna cap can be purchased by itself, once you use it you will love it!

  • hi on my tank when i unscrewed off my gun and the regulater unscrewed from the tank and it started leaking for do i fix that

  • @yankees3444 - are you sure it is not the bonnet that is unscrewing? give us a call 815-477-0007

  • A few more questions:

After a day of paintball, is it better to empty out your tank or leave with about 500-1000 psi?

What about for storing a tank for 5 months? Empty or or leave some air in it?

  • @bchamorro

it is always best to leave 500-1000 in the tank- it helps to prevent mositure inside the tank.

  • Hey Ray, what is the benefit of having and aluminum bonnet? I noticed that it is an option when ordering a new Ninja tank from the Ninja Paintball site.

  • @bchamorro The aluminum bonnet is darker and lighter then the brass. it will also not fade over time but will wear faster and is only recommended for use with an on/off asa.

  • see my reply on tech pb in the ninja section,

  • hey i get the fill nip in my wrist as well with the ninja tank, has any1 told you if u can fix that? if so how do i.

  • Hey Ray, did Ninja PB recently redesign the look of the Ninja tank? I'm talking about the exterior, the logo etc...

I saw a new one that was more black than my 4 month old one.

  • sorry for the delay, i was on vacation.

Yes we removed the label from the bottle which makes a cleaner look on the bottle

  • thanks for answering :D

    they look much better.

  • THANK YOU!!!

  • My fill nipple cover (the black plastic one that come with Ninja tanks) always seems to be popping out because apparently the fill nipple has an air leak.

What can I do to fix this? Do I need a new fill nipple? My tank is only 2 weeks old.

  • When does the pfill valve leak? All the time or just when low. If the tank has less then 100 psi in it the fill valve has a hard time sealing and may leak. If this is not the case please call us and we will send out a new fill valve at no charge.

  • I called yesterday and spoke to Jeremy. He is sending me some fill nipple o-rings to replace to possibly damaged one.

By the way, the air leak is all the time.

Will replacing the o-ring fix this or should I call back for a new fill nipple?

  • The o-ring should fix this.

  • Thanks, can't wait to try on the new one.

  • the fill valve and gauge can be switched if needed or put a tank o-ring in the asa to stop the reg from going all the way in. This will put the fill valve in a different spot.

  • i live in Canada, i think its called like a T.C stamp that you have to put on the tanks for them to get filled in Canada, and im assumeing you live and manufacture these in the U.S.A so would i be able to purchase this tank, and get it filled in Canada. sorry if its a stupid question, but it never hurts to ask eh : D

  • The 13 cu tank is the only ninja system that does not have TC approval. ALL the other ninja tanks have TC approval and can be filled in Canada.

  • are they lighter than pure energy, DXS, or crossfire

  • yes, ninja tanks use an ultra light liner to save on the weight.

  • That is the fill valve and is completely normal. It will stop when filled with air.

  • i bought one just a few hours a go a 68/4500 with the reversable hp to lp i would call it lol, got alot of shots off of it with my mini and my ego i love it so fat if that helps you any

  • first. and your tanks look awesome and I want to buy one. where are they currently being sold.
