  • really nice lesson!

  • Man Jimi Hendrix was a prophet or an alien or something. It blows my mind that people are still trying to figure out how he did what he did and he's been dead for 40 years. The craziest thing about it to me is he did all this while singing at the same time.

  • @StratoBlaster420 totally! ive been playing for a few years now and i can see how most of the great players have learnt the basics and progressed from there, you can always trace what they do with theory and it makes sense, but hendrix is different, he takes all the conventions and throws them in the mix, i think he was one of those rare musicians like bach or mozart who truly felt the music without maybe understanding how. we will be studying his music forever!

  • @nelsano3 I agree 100% Jimi Hendrix was a profound genius. not only with his musical understanding, but also with his message of peace, love and unity.

  • @StratoBlaster420 not an alien just a brilliant guitar genius. nothing like him before or since. we play his music becasue, as you say, 40 years later its still fresh and innovative. a sad contrast to much of todays crap..

  • @StratoBlaster420
