I was a bit disappointed at the start of MGMT actually I thought their first few songs were kind of boring, but after the whole climbing on the roof thing (F*£$ing idiots) when they played Electric feel, Time to Pretend and Kids, it was amazing, especially when they'd finished and the whole crowd walked out of the tent singing Kids together, it was class!

Am I the only one who thinks this lot are a bit overrated?? After numerous recomendations from other festival goers and seeing a massive crowd hurtling to get in I was expecting more than another identikit indie shoegazer band. I was pretty bored by their first 3 tunes.... did they improve later?? Had to fight through an angry mob to get out lol!!

Their set was savage! I was right at the very front, and centre... and never before have I been crushed and molested to the same extent! They were quite simply amazing! The atmosphere was... intense! Even when they left in the middle! As for your one that climbed out the top of the tent.. what a feckin' eejit!
