i got my one done by this guy, his awesome and nice (: the place is located at 2nd floor of sg wang plaza, near the tropicanna life. the process of using the forceps is gonna numb your tongue because your blood gonna stop running to your tongue for awhile. seriously when getting the needle inside your tongue, it didn't hurt even a bit, this girl is making it up only. it not suppose to juggle with hot water because you need to avoid any hot and spicy food and drinks on the first week.
