Dutch language so is not important, for only very vew people speak it. therefore, here on youtube, where an international community is online, I do NOT have any understanding for using a minor language. I do have an understanding for Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Arabian, maybe even German, as all these are the major and only big languages of the world (each of these spoken by more than 100 million people), but dutch ?? LOL

I'm Dutch and I can tell these are Dutch television subtitles. Everything on tv that's in a foreign language gets subtitles, including English. Even though most Dutch people understand it anyway.
Normally music videos aren't subtitled on Dutch television, but in this case it must have been "important" or something.
