Last I checked, you twirl pizza to stretch it as apposed to doing it on the table.. he is twirling and it is not stretching.. and it looks like fabric... for crying out loud.

He's using throw-dough. It's a different recipe than reg, and it doesn't stretch near as fast. It's not meant to be edible, just for show. But what you were saying is pretty logical though haha. This guy is Juan Hermosillo. He's probably the best in the world haha.
