  • llevo buskando este tema desde el puto instituto

  • BRENNAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • THEY ARE BACK!!! Earthtone9 have just released a brand new EP titled 'For Cause and Consequence' and completed a 6 date UK Tour. Check out their facebook page and earthtone9.co.uk. SPREAD THE WORD!!!!

  • Epic beard

  • Que merda de banda!!!

  • @immortalfastthrash che merda di gusti musicali che hai!!!!!

  • i defy anyone to say they didnt hear the chorus in their head for at least a day after hearing this.this and revelation are in my opinoin 2 of the catchiest melodic choruses. vocally hes amazing.my hat is off. they deserve every ounce of publicity they are due.legends.

  • Who else saw this on Tommy Vance's Friday Night Rock Show on VH1 back in the day? I remember going into my local MoreThanMusic (remember them?) and picking up the only copy of this and for years I thought I was the only person in the world that bought Arctangent.

  • @shocktk I bought mine from andys records, it's still got the price tag on it lol

  • @lucidl got mine from the gig at the waterfront lol

  • How does a crappy talentless "Scene" band like bring me the haircut(horizon) get one million views in one year and Earthtone9 only get 26 thousand view in 4 years!! The music industry is fucked up...

  • @HateCoDi dont get why bring me the horizon are more popular than bands that are better than them!! it really anoy's me

  • I wish I could see this band live. I'd give everything for a reunion.

  • @grokone they have indeed reunited. i saw them t'other day at sonisphere

  • @emmalinabear Thanks for the info! Just seen an official website with a free collection of some of their songs and the announcements. This is gonna be awesome!

  • @grokone they did bloodstock and are doing damnation fest in november!

  • Prefer twinzero but et9 are still great

  • what is the metaphore behind the title?

  • Rumor has it that they are reforming.

Greatest hits album coming out very soon with talks of tours.

Life just got that lil bit better imo.

  • @Damoprimo. yeah it has been announced. There is an interview with Karl on the Thrash Hits site. The compilation will be released as a free-download in july.

    Best news all year

  • Every time I build as fire... this song come to mind!

  • This shit blows!

  • What a quality band they were. I recently dug them out and span all their albums again. Saw them live a few times. The Lost Weekend in London 2000 they played and Karl was wearing nothing but clingwrap around his cock. I got pictures to prove it lol.

  • @Edd731 was that when he had like half a beard too.

i remember the pictures in the live section of Kerrang magazine. long time ago.

  • Earthtone 9 were fucking awesome.

  • does anyone know where I can get a copy of the live dvd they recorded at the Garage on the last gig they did?

  • louiedovey... Really? a reunion? oh please please please be true!

  • @sw15god so gay you are

  • LOL yes and dumbly Naive... reunion? I dont think so.. I was suffering from gullable twat syndrome

  • They may be doing UK shows this summer..

  • Earthtone 9 are fucking quality.

  • Easily the most underrated band in the UK ever. When you hear some of the shit that people here swallow up from the US when homegrown talent like this are shining away is beyond travesty.

Arc'Tan'Gent was a masterpiece, and i still pump out their earlier albums too, not to mention the EP. I reckon if they stood their ground and did another album it would've been a fucking holy shrine of metal.

  • absolutely..

  • Totally agree I have Arc'Tan'Gent on my xbox and I spin it while I play games. So good.

  • Absolutely fantastic - doesn't get much better than this!!!

  • This was a great band and album.

  • Fucking great band.

  • yeah!

  • they were a very under estimated band in my humble opinion

  • I agree. I miss them.

  • I loved this band saw there farewell gig in hammersmith.

  • Earthtone 9, Snub, Pulkas...those bands destroyed anything the US had to offer

  • ET9 and Pulkas, two british bands that really did destroy the rest!

  • Oh yes, Both excellent. Greed is a sweet album and I have all of ET9 albums. Tee 90's metal scene was fully ace to grow up in.

  • Great song.. used to love it... it is still awsome! The vid was on a free rock sound cd back in the day!

  • seen live :D

  • the name is earthone 9¿? because i cant find anything from their

  • e a r t h T o n e 9

  • @pittips go their official site for free download of their best of album

  • @Fazz25 amazed me to see that ,all their best songs with artwork, talk about rewarding the fans , totally sound band . glad theyre doing things again .noone writes hooks like these guys.

  • @pittips no earthtone9 one word

  • took the name of my band from one of thier songs. they are sadly missed. i wish they would get back together, we need them more now than ever.

  • I got pissed up with these guys in Nottingham rock city top night!!!The guitarist is a top fella!! Took us back stage n met the guys n got wrecked!!

  • First time ive ever even heard of this band and there pretty good

  • old school, fucking savage!!!!!!!!

  • Awesome band. I had the pleasure of seeing them, once supporting Soulfly and again at their final gig. Without a doubt one of my favourite bands ever. The Blueprint and Twinzero have been good too but earthtone9 are still really missed.

  • I was there at there farewill gig, lead singer crowed surfed over me.

  • Its dedicated to me ! jejej

Great song, but no great sount in the video, the band sounds better !

  • What a band. Sad that they broke up. It seems a long time ago now.

  • the best band ever

  • I just remember like in 2001 when I was watching mtv, they put on this video, I was blown away, I thought their sound was so awsome and really tried for years to not forget this band's name, and now in '08 I finally seen this video once again, still sounds brilliant, damn i miss the days when alternative/nu metal was everywhere, the days when it didn't looked possible that this awesome genre would fell off only in a short time

  • i saw them in Cagliari, Sardinia 8\9 years ago. awesome.

  • grandiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!

  • i saw them in london too. they ripped the stage off. incredible drummer.

  • So underated, so good musicians, a lot talent, tons of feeling... and they never got what they deserved... what a pitty

  • I remember seeing them at the LA2 in London, i think it was 1999 or 2000. Crazy Town were supporting along with some others but i don't remember them. All i remember is ET9 stepping on stage wearing smart shirts and eye masks. A few quizzical looks passed through the crowd, before the music started and all doubt ceased. Simply put, they destryoed live, was unbelievable!

  • I was at that gig! Crazy Town were first on and that tattooed lead singer was wondering around the (very sparse) crowd and people were like: "Who the hell is this prick?". Good times. :-)

But yeah et9, amazing band. Such a shame they never broke through, they could've definnitely reached "Deftones" status had they stayed together. Was also at their last ever Garage gig, definitely in my top 5 gigs of all time.

  • ha ha! yeah, i remember the crowd being pretty sparse for that gig, When crazy town were on, we were upstairs getting drinks and waiting for ET9 (wasn't really a fan of CT..). When they came on...just brilliant!

I agree, can't believe they didn't break through, Lo def dischord>off kilter enhancement>arc, simply amazing music beyond what their contempories were doing. Quick question, what is your favourite track from them? Mine seems to change daily

PS: That last gig must have been amazing!

  • lol, i remberber hating crazy town for daring to enter the rock/metal scene. id see them in metal hammer or kerrang and be like....what the fuck r u hip hop faggot wannabes doing here, fuck off.

ur comment reminded me of when nashville pussy were playing and machine were getting ready on the other stage and everyone just walked over to the other stage leaving nashville pussy playing to 3 people, they were not happy lol, they stormed off and i think fell apart soon after. good times ha

  • weird album...but excellent. saw them once...a long time ago. they made a real show of it.

  • anyone know where i can find a torrent i got arc tangent but the song titles are mixed up and not sure which one's are which -

  • sadly missed

  • they RULL!!!!!!!!!!!

  • YEA ITS SAD! THEY RULED! true talent!!! im glad i got a few of there cds to treasure

  • Such a crying shame that this band broke up :(
