Sure.

1 You download lots and lots of video-material. Just from a series or film you like.

If you don't know how to, then search for Free FLV Converter on google.

2. Install WMM (windows movie maker) on your computer.

3. Import the downloaded media and a song in WMM and start creating a video ^.^.

You can also use Sony Vegas, but it's more complicated and it's maybe easier and more fun to start with WMM.
