Deathcowler: Assuming you are using Ubuntu, you would need to install a package called compizconfig-settings-manager. (sudo apt-get install compizconfig-ssettings-manager) and then the settings for compiz are under System > Preferences > Advanced Desktop Effects Settings
How do you get the toolbar to edit these options I'm running a Nvida Geforce Go 7400 graphics cars, and is compatable, but I don't get the menu to edit these sort of things. Any imput?

you can go to the appearance menu found in system > preferences and you can change pretty much anything
