You should have downloads on your site. It would be a great way to get more workouts out there and there's gotta be a market for them. We wouldn't have to wait for the DVDs to ship, we could have them on our PC or Ipods.
Laura, I think your vids are great. I just bought a set of kb's to combat the boredom of many years of weightlifting & martial arts. The kb's really give you an intense workout. You can kill yourself in an hour lol. Thanks for the vids, they are helpful and inspiring. Keep up the good work, you are truly a fitness role model.
Hi Lauren, on you next video could you please, please teach us how to do the snatches like you're doing them, I would love to do them like that seems like it would be great cardio move, thanks,
msbarb1 - Well you are in luck! The DVD I am releasing in a few days, I will be briefly teaching the Snatch exercise. It will be on "Ultimate Body Sculpt and Conditioning with Kettlebells Volume 2"
Well done Lauren! It's super motivating to have a 'seasonally-themed' fresh workout to follow. That's a big help for those of us that can't get to a workshop (pout). BTW, you are looking fabulous. Kudos!
Thanks for the free workout Lauren...I am always looking for something to follow along with. Don't know why, but I just seem to do better with a vid to follow!
May God bless our troops. They are in our hearts for the holidays and always...
Is there a specific way to snatch the KB so that I don' rip up my hands? Every time I snatch it cuts up my palm. My hands are pretty tough from barbell work, maybe they need to toughen more?
You may be squeezing the kettlebell too tight when it's maneuvering around in your hand. Try to loosen up your grip and make sure you hands are not sticky or wet. Chalk can help, but usually it comes from squeezing it too tight.
Nice quick workout. Thanks for sharing. This is for those already familar with kettlebell training. Still, I might have liked a little bit of explanation of possibly the form or what muscles the excercises are working. This appears to be a full body workout.

Yes, this is more of an advanced workout. If you are looking for tutorials that will be on my new DVD that will be released in several weeks.
