the acoustic sound of this makes me like it a lot more than the original but it really irritates me that the lyrics are changed to accommodate this guy's religious thoughts... that's not what the song's about? that makes me mad enough to not want to listen to it at all. if you don't like the message a song sends, don't cover it? i can't even stand when people change pronouns to fit with their gender. change anything else about a song but leave the lyrics alone.

this is a song that shouldn't really be covered. I mean it may sound nice when someone covers it, but they can't capture the meaning.
