is it me or does andrew's accent break like at the end there? i know it's harder for him because his cockney is so thick but it doesn't break that bad, just very subtle.

I think it's deliberate at that part--he's specifically drawing out "lady" in a dramatic way for emphasis.

Also, his accent is Northern, not Cockney. ;)
