I am working in Australia now, and I pay my income taxes here. However, since the SA government enforce "foreign currency exchange control" (ie. they don't allow me to take my hard-earned money out of the country) I have invested my life savings there, only being able to take out bit by bit every year. The interest or growth is taxable, so yes, I stil pay taxes in SA. Now please tell me how much taxes the prisoners pay? The constitution says that EVERY SAfrican has the right to vote!
