America in the 1680s. Italy in the 10th century. They don't die every time they're conquered ect ect.

The implication in the show is that the countries didn't take it seriously. Not that it wasn't serious.

This is done because 1 some of these guys become friends later and that won't make sense if they go around torturing each other 2 they have to make the characters likable.

It's not about origins, really... more about what sort of music defined Brit music most.

The American ending is similar and has a fair amount of electric guitar in it too.

They developed all the different sub-genres of rock together.

I.e. what are origins of punk, garage, glam rock etc...

i think they've got the subtitles wrong. England says "give me rum" not, "give me wine" And he says that he can't forget the taste of the crumpets he ate before, not the bolognese. He says "Hey mummy" not, "hey mama" and he says "I'm England" not, "I'm Hetalia."
