What I think really makes that last unfinished fugue so heartbreaking is that it (like many of Bach's works) has an incredible sense of infinity and eternity, yet at the end there is this cruel reminder of the short, non-eternal nature of our lives (Bach died before he finished it).
I died alittle at the part where the piece just stops, I could have been so good yet it just stops, reminds you of how finite we are
