  • it sounds like u ran it a lil low on oil and toasting bearings

  • I just had a ACT clutch installed myself and it to is making a god awful sound. Especially when I down shift.

  • why are you using 5w 40?

  • So what was the issue??

  • well theres your problem your outa gas!

  • always use the oem throwout bearing. never use the crap that clutch kits provide. they tend to bend and shatter.

  • I have a mazdaspeed 6 and I bent my clutch plate and it sounded just like this, but it got worse when I pressed the clutch in not out. But I garentee you it is not a rod bearing, it is something in the clutch housing.

  • Did you ever fix this? That sounds a lot like a clutch throwout bearing to me.

  • i thing that these noise coming from the clutch bearing.this is it

  • The clutch is a brand new ACT clutch installed with the 20g. It should hold the power just fine. Clearly a mechanical issue, not an issue with the clutch holding the power.

I will check the tensioner. That should not be affected by the clutch operation though so seems like a long shot.

  • Hey man, my guess is that the clutch is screwed whick doesn't surprise me with a 20g. Will it hold any power?

  • NVRmind, I just watched another video of yours, If I were you, I would drop that trans asap and inspect the clutch before anymore damage is done to trans and engine.

  • Just a thought, My friends timming belt tensioner was making tons of noise, then stopped and started again.

Just somthing to maybe look at.
