I'll say the same thing here that I said on the other. THIS song ROCKS. The Turkish song is nice, but not a patch on this. You folks obsessing over a snippet of string-noodling just show you don't know what a song is. A song = THE SUNG PART. The two songs are nothing alike in vocal melody, hook, or lyrics.
Why insult this Erdogan guy so bad, by saying you can throw out his whole song? Why insult him saying the only important part is that little instrumental snippet at the start? Pretty rude.

This song is plagiared from Özdemir Erdoğan's song, Gurbet. It was released first in 1972 in 45rpm, "Gurbet/Elele".
