OK, so firstly, good call on the 4-bed 3rd floor Vista pad o' awesomeness. Had that in 06 and it was tooootally worth it. 2 beds at Vista are waaaaaay better.
Secondly, there's wooden floors in the sitting room now?! WTF?! Vista's gone all modern chic while I've been away! Craziness!
Oh, and thirdly, new pots and pans. Awesome. Distinct amounts of lucking out on your part. I try not to think about the state ours were in...
