  • Just a question, why do any of these matches never take place on Balrog, Vega, Sagat, or Bison's stages?

  • Because in the arcade version those are always the last 4 people you fight. The game always picks the stage of your next single player CPU fight. So right now if this wasn't a tournament and just a random casual arcade match and the winner was to keep playing on their next opponent would be a CPU Cammy. Also if someone was playing Cammy and lost, it would count as the character being beaten and cycle to the next opponent's stage(Guile USA, Chun li China..etc.)
