  • french press is behind the head, these are skull crushers...very similar regardless. Nice.

  • Lol, this is a skull crusher!!!!

  • execution a lil bit too fast

  • Isnt this called skullcrusher ?

  • Watever.....

  • very good and clean!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Dude, you are straining your spine. Keep either one or both legs on the bench

  • @McSpike im sure he needs advice from you...not

  • @steveooo1000 he's going to his forehead if you watch close ( : FP and SC are the same thing ( : how far you go back is just a variation of the exercise. look it up ( :

  • To me this is perfect form I don't think I have ever seen anyone do it more perfect... Someone explain to me how the hell this is anything less than perfect form?

  • finally somebody that does it right

  • thats the same as a skull crusher!!

  • yea here in US i only heard of EZ and i alwasy thought that ment easy curl. because it is easier to grip.

  • Well, I'll give it to him he's a strong lad. His form isn't perfect though, I think he should do each rep a little slower.

  • Whats SZ? Is that ment to be EZ?

And yeah those are skullcrushes, not french press. good form though.

  • the curves on that handle = sz

  • yes but I always thought it was EZ, whats the differance?

  • Well it's EZ in uk and us..

In germany you'd say SZ ;)

  • ooh ok that makes sense.

  • What stands EZ for?

I comprehend the German "SZ", its just the bending of the bar.

    But EZ?

  • No Idea :]

  • EZ sounds like easy... Maybe the original name was SZ and because outside germany that name makes no sense someone thought it was supposed to mean "easy"?

Or maybe not, sounds a little weird that explanation. :)

  • very good tecnic.ther's some other videos in youtube about people doin' that exercise and...well...mmmmm...

    U ROCK MAN!

  • skull crushers not french press

  • french press are skull crushers

  • No, french presses come behind the skull. SC's come above the crown of the head, and no further. Skulls are worse for your elbow compared to french presses on an incline/decline (which ever works best).

  • ye i thought that but wasn't sure. i prefer french press

  • nosebreaker(s) ^^

  • very good form, no bullshit here but these are skull crunchers^^ not french press

  • french press is an old school name for it.

  • ah k. Nowadays french press is always those behind the neck.

  • Perfect form.

  • The form is very nice and clean. I referred to this clip when talking about the French Press.

  • schon, aber er hat die Übung doch relativ sauber ausgeührt

  • da gehts noch weiter runter und das ganze geht auch etwas langsamer ;)
