supreme court in MINOR vs HAPPERSAT said "there is no doubt that the framers meant a natural born citizen is born of the land AND to parents (plural) who are citizens (plural) of the nation". Obama/Saotao or whatever his real name is, does not meet this requirement. And NO the 14 amendment does NOT define natural born citizen, it defines a completely different class of citizenship, natural born citizen is not mentioned in there anywhere. Military installations are not US property. The State Department Handbook states this clearly. If your mother OR father are citizens you are natural born. Naturalisation Act of 1790 "the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond the sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens: Provided, That the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers (moms included now) have never been resident in the United States"

Title 8, Section 1401 defines who are "citizens of the United States AT BIRTH" One of the conditions besides the first which is being born on American soil states,

"Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national".
