use plenty of water, so the pasta doenst stick, a big pot, a good amount of salt (because the salted water gives taste to the pasta) and some olive oiil in the water (the fat in the oil helps keep the pasta from sticking) then strain. taste it, if u figure it needed more salt in the ater, u know for next time u make it.
anyways bravo mss gourmet, u may not be a wop like me, but u definatly know how to make some pasta. cheers from canada
