@wadescyclone Lol, it's so subtle that I didn't even notice it till I saw the video. The camera seems to be quicker than the eye!

Oh God, that hurts to see this. How bad did the motor get hurt?

Just sheared off the distributor gear. Wound up being a piece of valve guide seal clamp breaking off and getting lodged in the oil pump somehow.

What did you find is the best cure for this? A billet piece?

why was there no strainer gauze on the pick-up tube? that would have stopped it sucking the debris.

@charade993 That is the thing. There was a screen on the pickup, which could only mean it somehow went backwards into the system, which one would think would be impossible.
