I think most of this is Roman against John because Roman is in love with Marlena. This has nothing to do with Stefano and everything to do with Roman's jealousy.
I guess, unlike in 2008, their questions here are justifiable. John did let Stefano disarm him, he did let Stefano escape, and Stefano didn't kill him when he could have. It is pretty damning, at least from their point of view.
Not like 2008, when they had the guy chained to a bed for no reason, and accused him of crimes all over the place.
Doesn't it sound strange to hear them ask, 'Why are you alive?' or 'Why didn't he kill you?' like they're annoyed he didn't? I know it shouldn't have, but it made me laugh.
I hated how they treated him in 2008. Rescued by friends, yeah right. With friends like that...
Seemed like Bo and Roman wanted to beat up John. Not surprised that they would kick his butt after he stole both their wives.

Okay, that's odd. I was really annoyed with those two for turning against John in 2008, but this scene is great.

I had that reaction too. I was ready to hate Roman for eavesdropping and jumping in like he did, but I really enjoyed the scene.
