i work there, and you are 100% right, and the biggest problem is that they take themselves too damn seriously, they are a mickey mouse store, a mid-tier burger joint, and i wish that all the people in charge of this chain would go somewhere far away.
its too bad they are one of the highest paying chain restaurants around....
