@johnsabrano3 Very advanced pushups such as a planche pushup or harder gymnastic variations can target the biceps however it is generally better to use CHINUPS or PULLUPS to target the biceps.
A good one for the pecs is the one arm pushup.
A good one for the shoulders is the handstand pushup.
The pushup to target all of those the most would be the one arm pushup. If you are not strong enough to perform that exercise, work your way up there by using some of the easier variations.
