I was just wondering, how would they know the thickness for the skin?

@annacrack thickness for the skin would be estimated based on data provided by physical anthropologists. The skull would be analyzed beforehand to determine gender and race and would then fall into a category of measurements averaged based on populations of known individuals.

That guy is great at sculpting but damn he suxorz with the Photoshop. Hopefully as soon as I'm done majoring in art I can get this job & do it DAMN well better. I'm already this good at sculpting & maybe 10-15 times better with Photoshop. It'd be cool to use ones awesome artistic abilities in such a helpful way.
