When I try to jump to the 3rd platform hat is spinning 360 degrees I never have even come close to making it. I do use the screw attack, but it does not work for me.

space your jumps out...you get more distance

Make sure when you jump off the platform that you're on, the rotating wall is facing the opposite side of the platform you're jump TO. I.E. Make sure the wall is facing the BACK of the platform when you jump. Assuming you properly Screw Attack, the wall should have rotated 360 degrees by the time you reach the platform. I.E. The wall should be facing the back again and you should land safely. Also as TD said, if you're having problem making the distance, space out your button presses.
