I think they should add a new catagorie(spelling) it should be best onstage pair(not dating pair,friends,and all of that) they would so win it. They're retiring(spelling) special theatricle(spelling) event. GO IDINA!

Yeah, usually if it's between two different characters from one musical, most of the time it goes to somebody else entirely different and separate from the 'competing musical'. However, in this case, Wicked defies the normal binds (as it does with everything else) that the voters look for and vote on (that trend is even more common with the Academy Awards and the members look for those traits [that Wicked defies] when they vote).
This is what I love about her. Every word in that speech was 100% real and straight from her heart. I love how she mentioned Kristin too. Wicked is the best musical to ever hit Broadway.

The way Taye exhales and smiles like his life is complete at the end of her speech makes me misty! She deserved that so much, and it's amazing how much those two love each other.
