If there are 10 to the 500th number of multiversial solutions, what would happen if you have 10 to the 500th observers all checking one value at the same time? Should we not be able to logically localize locations if we simply have enough observations to compare with?
what i don't get is, if there is a multiverse, and that explains the big bang, then we're just left with another unanswered question. what caused the multiverse? was it the ultramultiverse?
@myfairvanity of course the theory might prove useful so you might as well keep it, but i wouldn't preach it if it could end up being an unending tangent.
True, but then how does the new theory of black holes with holographic 'programing' of matter destroyed fit? We are possible holographic images under this theory, which might 'lock' us out of travel or proof of the multiverse if these concepts are true, since 3D reality is then a projection of that data from a 2D source. Once that is fixed to the surface if the black hole does it change our awareness? Consciousness hasn't been included yet into quantum theory. How is it produced on that quantu
I think why they are having difficulty finding a source for dark energy is they are looking in the wrong spots. I would challenge entropy to say that things do not move towards chaos or disorder but rather - behave like pressure and move towards balance. The push they are looking for is not a push at all but rather a pull of a vacuum. I think this is also why we are accelerating since Resistance would be relative to the Density of the medium we are passing through and Speed. R = S x D
If the Multiverse theory is correct, then does it not stand to say that in an alternate universe there should be scientists that understand this theory and have proven it and even had the ability to see the other side so to speak? Yet no one has seen their double so it cannot stand to be true? Even though physics suggests that 2 versions of the same thing cannot occupy the same space, love Quantum mechanics, brilliant series :)

@MattyHeal I definitely see your line of reasoning. Here's why I don't think it'd work, though: The multiverse basically entails the existence of every possible eventuality--"possible" being the key word here. If we have never seen extra-universal scientists who have proved multiverse theory and unlocked the mystery of "crossing to the other side", we shouldn't be surprised; crossing may simply be impossible. This would not invalidate the multiverse theory.
@Anomalous59 exactly. Besides u don't need that. The math is right and that is all we need. Either you have a multiverse or somebody (something) created just this one and somehow found the exact values for dark energy and so on. that sounds stupid, so i go with the multiverse and randomness.
If that is true, there is a way to test it, not only because infinity, but, if we do live in multiverse, they must be connected. It is just to figure out how, and then test it if it's true or not.
I don't understand, when they talk about the big bang are they talking about how the "block of cheese" came into existence or of how our little "hole" came into existence in that cheese.
If there are copies of ourselves, then how to meet those copies of us?
And if there are no ways, then what kind of science is that?
BS.

I am only interested in the occasion for real love I lost in life.
Multiverse-Shmultiverse I want them back!
How do I go there? In which Universe?

Can they do computer simulations of bigbangs and growth of universes for other values of dark energy? that would be cool.

@thaichatham Exactly. And that too points to a multiverse. Cool isn't it? how small we are.

@BubbaGump332 our little hole. The cheeze is too distant for us to try to imagine it. Maybe there is no cheeze, just energy and multiverse.
