Actually, there are latinos whose parents are europeans and they're still latinos and 100% white (fisonomy). For exemple, many, and I mean MANY cubans look Anglo-Saxons (white), if they don't open their mouth and speak Spanish, by their looks you wouldn't know they're latins...
