@danloans1 To be honest I'm not saying that Weng Chun is the best solution but yes medical studies and a science recommends any physical activity for a stroke survivors. You just simply start the activity in slowly manner and its up to you if you like that activity or not. Personally, I do recommend. There is a small group of enthusiasts in LA who regularly meet on training. PM me for more information.
