I have a 5bss with the tgn side mount pipe i would recomond this to any one tires are not that bad if you dont do donuts all the time. Ihave been into nitro a long time I have had big blocks and small blocks the 5b or the ss is so much better and you dont have to tune it all the time

I can't decide between this and a Hyper 9- (buggy with a .21). One thing I like about this is fuel would be cheap and easy to get on a Sunday., but then tyres would be a bigger cost. Its easier to see what the Baja is doing, bu then it's not as fast as a .21.

Get a baja, its doesnt seem as fast as a .21 because its ALOT bigger, but it is actual the same top end once it gets going + the fuel differance will make up for the cost very quickly as the 5b's engines are much more fuel efficient than a nitro, and its less fiddely with tuning and much eaiser to just start bashing, as there is no such 'break in' procedure as there is with a nitro, just dont go nuts with it on the first couple of tanks

how much do one of these cost? and if i were to get an rc car i was debating on an electric or a nitro cause there are benefits to both like electric is normally faster and waterproof but you have to wait for the battery to charge where nitro you can gas it up and go and they sound cooler and seem funner, any ideas on what to get and pricing

you can find them for about 860.00 new online up to over 1000. only thing is, usually hit you for 125.00 to ship. this is gas/oil, not nitro, but TONS of fun. if you can take the price, a great car. you can find knock-offs for cheaper, called hpi clones. usually not as good, but not bad for the prices...i'm a 1/10th and 1/8th nitro guy myself, just like nitro over elec. everyone has their reasons. there is much more "tinkering" with nitro, not as cut and dry as electric. i like tinkering

Baja SS has a bigger engine block and better quality suspension parts than a standard Baja. Its almost exactly the same as the Baja 5t but spare parts for a Baja 5b area easier to find so thats the one I'd recommend.

If you buy the copy, a king motors, you will end up paying £70 for new TX and RX, as the stock set up is terrible.. plus import duty from australia or china..(£75)
