hi, where do I get the licence and do I need like a tax id,or once the my business is registered when getting the licence. I just want to sell some stuff at the local swap meet like used items and some new bougth at local cash and carry stores, do I need any of those even if I'm a small beginner merchant? I just want some extra income,and see if it goes well,get establish as full time vendor,you can answer via email as well.Thanks...

But just in case - if that happens - walk to the local license office and then buy one. If you are making money and things are working out - that is the time to do it

If you are big enough to get noticed - then the license is now just a normal business expense - and you have done well!

so are you saying that its not needed to get a license if you are still testing the market? if a licensed competitor starts to notice i might be infringing on his market can he legally bother me and have me shut down even though im "testing" the water??
