Too bad it was impossible(?) back in the day to get both the good midi from an MT-32 plus the sound blaster's digital effects. For example, the intro music for Quest for Glory 2 sounds better with a General Midi compatible midi card, but you can only hear the Genie laugh, etc, with a Sound Blaster (Adlib compatible) card.

MT32 is definitely better to my ears, but the adlib sounds more like the old Amiga version. Best VG music ever!
