@ChrisPenta Cooksy is the best part of the show. I hate Tom's religious bs and his kowtowing to politicians. Todd is pompous and I don't think he's funny any more.

@RockBanned Hahahaha actually you have an excellent point there, I would totally listen to a Todd and Cooksy show.  But hey, Tom's not ALL that bad, you just know in the back of your mind that everything he says is put through a bullshit machine. Seems like an OK guy to get lunch with, for what that's worth.

@ChrisPenta Well I'm sure he is. I'd much rather have lunch with Tom than Todd. I used to think he was really funny when he was a guest host but I'm getting really tired of his constant whining about liberals. Trust me, I am no moonbat and agree with him on most policies like taxes, immigration, etc, but he demonizes liberals so much. They do have bad ideas many times, but they're not some evil group out to destroy America. Both liberals and conservatives have their kooks.

I'd have to agree with that. Todd is getting a bit... shrill... lately. I'd get lunch with Cooksy before either of them though.

Tom Finneran is a legend in his own mind. He still thinks he's the Speaker or something. Well as another WRKO host we'll call "Cap'n" has coined Tom as, "Felon Finneran" and he's right.

In terms of the morning show, I won't listen to that. I'd rather listen to NPR which is bad enough...WRKO has been loosing ground for years and before you know it Finneran will be out and Claprod and Whitley will be back. Or Blute and Ozone or Scotto.

That's all I ever hear about Tom Finneran's show - it's boring. It's boring because it actually discusses the topics of local legislature that have unfortunately not been deemed entertainment worhty. And really, that's all people want nowadays - entertainment. True journalism and intelligent discussion of politics has been hijacked by the ratings machine.

I listened to Finneran for about 20 minutes one morning and never listened again. His show just isn't interesting. A total bore and hopefully will be replaced by a national show like Bennett in the Mornings soon.
