I doubt that measurement of your left arm. Throughout this whole video & others your left arm looks to be the same size as your right or very close to it.
If you had one of your friends holding the tape measure & measuring while you keep your arm flexed(and all the way)I think it would be seen as a lot closer to the other one. It's just hard to get a good accurate measurement holding the tape measure with one hand while flexing the other.

Realy nice arms. Cool cool biceps. You don't realy flex to the max though ;)
If you bend your arms more your biceps peaks even more and maybe the right one is close to 11".
Pls try that and also measure unflexed so we know the flex increse wich look big.
