I favour the freestyle, but i guess thats personal prefrence, some people prefer writtens cause they are usually more consistant.

With regards to the league, its how ever you want to do it. You will not get disqualified for freestyling, you will not get disqualified for writing. If you are confident that you have the freestyle ability, then come to the battle and freestyle!
