  • Hello from Bongo BillY hello

  • The differenes between a IRN and an ALEX is IRN are smaller, and dont have the red sholder patches

  • @myjg123456 5 thousand rupess

  • how old he is

  • @anwarsaeed968 7 yrs

  • where i come frm they cost between 300 AUD- 400AUD avergaing 350 AUD HR

  • these guys freak me out...

and i have one at home...

  • @rediwsCp Yep, they're pretty cool .... they make people smile.

  • what is the difference between Ringnecks and Alexandrines?

  • @celpabedn The Alex is the largest Ringneck ....

  • @celpabedn and alex parrots have red on thier sholders while IRN's do not

  • @celpabedn The IRN are found in South India whereas Alexandrines are found in North India. Alexandrines are named after 'Alexander the Great" when he came to India and exported this species to Europe.

Alexanderines are critically endangered species due to loss of habitat. Although it's officially banned to sell these parrots but they can be found openly being sold in the markets of India.

  • Aww! What you doing ehh?! LOL I'MMA STEAL YOU ALEX! JK

  • LOL my Alex Jecky says "What are you doing eh" also! His voice is much higher though.

    how cute!

  • Such a GORGEOUS boy you have there...!!! I have a female IRN myself, just learning to talk, and she's a "gray mutation" split with blue. The larger Alexandrine's are basically like an IRN on "steriods", for the most part. However, i'd love to own one some day. Both species, IRN's & Alexandrine's alike, "out class" Quakers when it comes to vocal clarity. And i've owned Quakers, so i speak from experience, been in the field for 20yrs. It's unfortunate, the "bad rap" this species typically gets.

  • He will. Make some utube vids as soon as you get him.

  • do males talk better then females? im new to this plz tell me what to buy? and how long does it take them to speak or how old do they have to be>?>?????

  • Generally the males have better talking ability in the parrot family. With Ringneck's that's true, although females may learn some words :)

  • You know Alex's are not Indian ringnecks don't you? BTW cute bird :D

  • I know :) sometimes I'll refer to Derbyan's, Alexandrine's and Indian ringneck's all as ringneck's XD it's a bad habit I do on accident sometimes, sorry about that.
