@darxfartz call me crazy but I say that when a band pioneers a subgenre of metal (visual kei) and it's still around 30 years later (and so is the band) they can wear whatever they want.

Sugizo is playing an ESP M Series with a Floyd Rose, which is strange - given that he normally doesn't play guitars with floyds or the super-strat type. I guess he was experimenting with a more traditionally 'metal' guitar for this song. You can tell he's frustrated with the floyd as his trademark tremolo work is a little messed up. He hasn't used this guitar since I don't think XD

Heath and Pata are practically anorexic. Asian people tend to be slighter than caucasion people, but they are beyond skinny. Whereas Yoshiki and Sugizo are skinny Heath and Pata are scarily so in comparison. I'd say the only member of the band who is a healthy weight is Toshi.

I'm quite slender and underweight by Caucasion standards and people are always telling me to gain weight, but seing these guys makes me feel like a whale!

Sugizo is just the perfect replacement for Hide in X-japan. I dont think anyone else can replace Both Hide and Sugizo anymore..

I'd agree with ya, if he wasn't always so incredibly gaudy. XD

The look is a bit more modern-rockstar, but Toshi has always sported really "rock star" look with his signature glasses.  Hard pressed to find him without them. =P

@J0nttOO well, i'm sure that u know Toshi used to associate with Masaya (they created an agency together called HOH). Time passed by and Toshi sued that all of his money gained from his solo career (after X JAPAN broke up) is used by Masaya and Toshi's ex-wife, that Toshi didn't earn for what he'd done and that he is used by them (it's such a long story so i can only summary like this). I'll send u some link abt this.

I think this new song of solo part is not good as like before,in the past, Hide and Pata has their own solo part in a song, but both "jade" and "born to be free" are not.
