I'm so sick of hearing everyone say that Zao doesn't stand for anything. The only member that openly trashed Christianty and the Christian music scene is Jesse and he's long since gone. Besides, the Christian music scene aint what it used to be. I can't wait for the new Zao record. One of the best bands ever.

i would kill to have been at this show. i've seen zao a few times but never with this particular lineup, as it was before i knew about them. but wow. just wow. oh and jesse can afford to be arrogant. i'm assuming he did splinter shards as well as blood and fire. incredible drumming.

I'm not a Christian, but I know what you mean. I always thought it was lame when bands would start out playing "Christ-centered" music and once they got some publicity lost their original message. It's pretty stupid.
