  • What makes WFG so horrible?

  • World Financial Group is the biggest crook on the face of the earth. Do not do business with them.

  • Upps I forgot to mention that you can get paid up to 1000 dollars in training

  • Let's compare primerica charge 99 wich you get back once licensed and that's the comes out of your pocket, what about wfg.??

  • This company just wants to be a copy of primerica, but all they really do is rip people off, they don't care about the consumers or not even about their salespeople. We should burn it to the ground

  • @52usa. I can't believe how retarded you are, yes we are adults, and I don't need nobody paying me anything but just for your knowledge primerica pays for everything. No wonder why you are working with this wannabe company

  • Well WFG is not publicly trading, is a subordinary from another company, they dont own their own products, they charge you money to get in which is not bad but in top of that they charge for your education which i found is really expensive. Of couse you need a license to sell life insurance but other companies help you with free education. If you want more info on the free education contact me at acumedcorp@hotmail.com

  • There are many network marketing companies that are legitimate. The real issue is with the leadership of any company. There is a company called PHP which has recruited many people away from WFG.Any prudent search should begin with FINRA and researching the leaders. You may find things like tax problems, customer disputes and other examples of bad character.Do your homework and be informed before you stake your financial future.

  • Scam!! EVERY BUSINESS HAS TO FOLLOW LAWS SET BY EACH GOVERNMENT!! EVERY MLM THATS SUCCESSFUL ARE LEGAL BUT DAT DOESNT MEAN ITS NOT A SCAM. I USED TO WORK FIR 14 MAJOR MLM COMPANYS DOIN THE DIRTY WORK!! ALL MLM ARE SCAMS!!!! ALL BS!!! U SCAM OTHERS TO JOIN SO THE ONES ON TOP GAIN THE MOST!! PPL ON THE BOTTOM DO ALL THE WORK!!!! CAN U SAY, PYRAMID

  • I'm a scam because I pointed out that you need a license to run a world financial group business?

Don't really see that. I specifically say in the video that WFG is NOT a scam. You're good at quoting Jim Rohn though. :-)

  • if you can't afford to pay your tuition you won't get the education. What are you expecting ? Feed you as a kid? man!!!! You'd better wake up/ You are an adult. In this world, what kind of work doesn't need license? You need a DL when you drive a car, don't you? You are the Scam....man

  • Sorry to hear about your loss.

  • My wife and I lost thousands of dollars from this company. We were duped by a Filipino couple from Bolingbrook, Illinois.

  • @ricman46 Can you share how the heck you can loss thousands of dollars, beside the insurance policy that you cancelled. Every insurance has the surrender period, if you cancel within 10 years. You will be penalize, that don't mean is a scam.

  • @ricman46 Who was it?

  • I believe that WFG is a pretty legit company, and I have some friends in the business who've been very successful in the field. I almost got into this, but I realize that this is not for me. I'm not the soliciting type: never was, never will be. Added to the fact that all those fees you have to pay to get licensed is WAY too much money for me to be willing to spend.

  • Yup... In every company you'll have unethical reps making false claims.. That's impossible to avoid. However... WFG itself seems to be legit.

  • legally its not a scam, but the way individual (about all) associates within the company run their business: recruitment and sales techniques are deceiving, manipulative, pressuring and heavily concealed with secrecy &indirect explanations makes 1 question the legitimacy of the whole thing. believe me the way ppl are brainwashed into selling and recruiting by any means necessary to MAKE MORE MONEY there are ppl getting scammed. the only ppl who make $ are crafty, persuasive or have no integrity

  • I had problems with the leveraging that they used, (borrowing to invest), imagine borrowing 50 000 to invest in 2007 and then october 2008 hits and its now worth 30-35 000????? Not cool, for the right person yes, but they sell this to their friends, who may be risk averse, and that is wrong. My upline was pushy and alienated me from my friends and family. Do you want this? You can make money, but ask lots of questions and don't hurt your family or friends.

  • Not a scam, it's a multi level marketing company. It is "pyramid like" but not a pyramid. If you do not recruit, you do not make good money, that is where the down side is. They have relationships with all the big names, they are legit, but they allow anybody to sell them and give financial advice. I was there, I know it all too well, I was not comfortable in the confines of multi level marketing so I left, but people do well there.

  • @copperblade - So true. :-)

  • Being legal doesn't make it not a scam.

  • WFG is not a publicly traded company. The parent company Aegon is. WFG is a very ethical, financial eduacation based company that goes against the status quo, so there will naturally be lots of opposition and "negative" remarks on google. They are revolutionary to say the least and will expose, through education how the traditional industry has underserved 95% of the population.

  • be on top of the pyramid! I don't trust WFG, they smell like bullshit.

  • @crappybumbum

crappybumbum... bum bum bada bing bum! Your name speaks volumes about you.

  • Not a scam? Why am I being charged more than what they promise to reimburse me with (which is the money they say they'll use to pay my fees)? Why do the representatives avoid my questions on how would my compensation works? Why did they not bother to even ASK for a resume, let alone a high school diploma during the meetings I've attended? I believe it's a scam. The representatives are probably eager to recruit so many people just so they could get the money from the new recruits so they could

  • WFG is as much as a scam as macdonald providing the worst fast food in the world, but they are still #1.

  • Guys, this is money laundering. Receiving financials in your bank account, which you have to transfer again to someone else (and keeping a fee) its first class money laundering. Believe me, stay away!

  • @ZazzataCeo

Money laundering is fun! Got any problem with that? :( !!!

  • look up aegis there parent co very high rated co they are regulated by sipc and other federal regulating agencies

  • @ricman46 - I'd love to here your reasoning why you believe World Financial Group is a scam.

  • WFG is a scam!

  • WFG is not a scam, just a very unethical business practice hyper focus on recruiting and having many guests to come to meetings, interviews, events, and presentation. Making $ off of the work of your downline is a douchebags way of being financially free.

  • Very good point. However... those are great indicators... along with others, such as the fact that they deliver products/services in return for the money they collect. No one point is going to prove it's not a scam.... you need to take into consideration multiple points to draw an accurate conclusion. Thanks for the comment.

  • Hahahahahaha! Just because it's a multi-million dollar company and publicly traded doesn't make it bulletproof....just ask Bre-X and Enron! I don't think it's a scam, but there's definitely a hole in your theory.
