gg's headstock is black not

right. this one does not have matching headstock like GG. That's where all of the tone is - in the matching headstock !!! :-) Matching Figured headstock is $300 List where Black Painted Headstock is $100 ($140 difference in street price).

Tremol-No, blower switch, I don't think the GG has chambers (not on the specs I see). Otherwise, it's close.

This custom was $3239 (but this might have been 2010 pricing)

The GG Model is $3,591 (2011 pricing).

So, they are close, but you pay something for the GG Signature, and that has value that persists as a signature model.

I think the only difference is the neck size - and this was not a signature model, although the specs were almost identical. so, yes, headstock and neck size. the neck carve is the same, just the dimensions of neck. I'm sure some folks would claim they could hear the difference in tone of 1/100th inch difference on a neck, but I'm sure I can't. :-) Great question !!! Had to research that one !! thanks ! I'm playing through the Black Pearl 3x10. I love that amp. GREAT for guitar demos, which means it's a great amp, IMHO.
