Based on the shadows, there was a big SUNGLARE, meaning that the cars travelling upward had sun in their eyes. The car that first appears, looks like it is slowing down to let the pedestrian cross. The car behind it, reacts too late, and has to swerve into oncoming lane. The car after that, that actually hits the pedestrian, also reacts late due to the sun glare, but his trajectory takes him right into the pedestrian. After that, all hell breaks loose and everybody flees....

Possibly because that way he created a barricade so that Mr. Torres could not run out of the way. The SUV moves to the side of the road in a very fluid motion that looks planned. So it gets to the side of the road makes a 911 call. If the SUV never pulled to the side you would easily know its the 3rd fugitive. 3!!!

Perhaps, they were afraid for their own safety and did not want to go in street then be hit by car themselves. That is a real FEAR.

If you'd lived in Connecticut, you'd not be surprised. Snottiest people(rivaling people from Massachussetts, also known as Massholes). If ask a local for directions in Connecticut they are likely to tell you the opposite way. This is considered amusing to Connecticut people (to the only person relevant - themselves)

I can't believe how people acted like they didn't even see him. I would have gone into the street to see if I could help him and to stop anyone from possibly running over him. When I see this video, I think of how much influence Satan really has over people.
