i've met guys from Afghanistan when i worked at an airport between 2003 - 2005. they looked better off and were very proud of. i felt some Afghans who moved out after the war are given much and enjoying themselves, while the others are taking more from the Talibans.. to me, it seems like the UN and the Talibans have merely divided the Afghans into two so far. rich and poor.
