If you have FFmpeg selected under the video format selection and are using dual cores or a cpu with HT check if its only maxing out at 50% CPU. if it is change from FFmpeg to MEncoder.

If thats not the case... get a faster computer.

I found out how!

apparently, it's supposed to be in

program files --> eRightSoft --> SUPER --> output

but there wasn't anything in there for me.

try

left click --> output file saving management --> check the first option

then your original file and converted file will be in the same folder.

yh all you have to do is wait coz it is checking the hard drivfes to see if it meets all the system requirements and then it comes up with a message telling you if you have all the requirements to run it if u dont then you can still do it but it might not encode

It will duplicate frames and you will only increase the size of your video for no gain whatsoever in quality. You cannot upscale your video at all with Super without suffering a loss in quality. You will get the best results possible with Super by trying to converrt to the same frame size, bitrate, and fps (everything) as the source.

Load the video in Super > double click on it to open the media analysis box, and use that info as a guide what to convert to.

Audio slips out of sync is problem you always encounter with crap converter. I have just bought a all in one converter and it work much better than this. :P

Yes, Super sometimes has sync problems converting flv flash videos, especially longer ones, but if you download YouTube's Higher Quality mp4 videos (see my how-to vid to do that) Super does a great job with them. I find WinFF (freeware) does a better job for some reason with flv flash video files without the sync prob, though they both supposedly use the same ffmpeg encoder. That's why in my other videos I use WinFF.

Oh thats why you see you have to have the SIZE In Settings just put the size like *** x *** Blaa blaa but maybe your Putting it 640 x 240 change it to a bigger size

I don't understand. I got my video file from Techcrunch, and dragged it into Super. I wanted to convert it to WMV so I could edit it in Windows Movie Maker. I set my bitrate to 288, my frames to 25, and set no change on frame size. However, every time I try to encode it, it says an error has occured. Right-Click the box where you drag the files, hit the option "Output File Saving Management", and that shows you where you saved it. You can change the destination folder in that same area for your convenience as well.
