Hey I was wondering, wouldn't transverse extension or abduction train the external rotators since the infraspinatus, teres minor and posterior deltoid all perform this function in addition to external rotation?
Just one suggestion, and I say this because the standing low rope trap 3 lift involved proper leg placement......opposite leg in front of the arm being used. Good vids, glad to see these types up.

@tyciol No, but they are important and that's why external rotation is not the only thing demo'd in the video.

It's there you just can't see it because the camera isn't hitting low enough on my body to see it. Plus the black shorts might be hiding it a bit.
