  • Oh my god, that's Steven Fry, the guy from the European Traveling America or whatever TV show!

  • xDDDDD sibling rivalry

  • @twentyfstcentryRebel you are amazing for referencing Wilde :)

  • I love that little smile at the end!

  • i prefer mark gatiss as mycroft

  • SHIT. The powers that be must really want me to watch this. STEPHEN FRY? SERIOUSLY?

  • watching this on pc leakedmovies . biz

  • good to see Bosie and Wilde back together

  • "Evening Sherly!" HA!

  • I thought Mycroft and Sherlock didn't get along

    Lol Shirley

  • When is part of the film appeared at the cinema the all the Teens in front of me Shouted QI really loudly.

  • I went to see this movie pretty much just because of Stephen Fry.

  • Glad to finally see Mycroft Holmes.

  • Very Good Movie!

  • @agenttheater5 I understand that Mycroft has the right to. It just surprised me to hear it and I just thought it sounded hilarious! Not to mention, it reminded me of a Harry Potter joke where someone says to Sirius Black "Surely, you can't be serious" and Sirius says "I am Sirius! And don't call me Shirley!" LOL!!!

  • lol this film was real funny, was just an all round good movie. Looking forward to watch this again as my friend just gave me a link to it on Youtube

    /watch?v=2OxJHfUM7PA

  • First time Mycroft called his brother "Sherly", I nearly died laughing!

  • @PianoDisneygal10 i know, I just never thought that i'd ever hear someone refer to sherlock holmes as "Sherly". but as mycroft, or "Mackie" (as "sherly" calls him) is seven years older than him and has greater powers of observation and detection that his brother he has a right to call him that.

  • what are they saying?

  • oh and I see them as an interpretation of Sherlock Holmes, not as trying to be the original.

  • I love these films (second did have a coupla prob but nothing to quibble over too much)

  • If you haven't already done so, make sure you track down the BBC's updating of the Conan Doyle stories: each episode 90 minutes long, each series/season comprising 3 episodes, i.e quality not quantity. Simply called 'Sherlock' and simply brilliant.

  • i wont be watching it and i am a BIG shelock holmes fan. In my opinion Guy has made a disaster movie(the first sherlock film) and i will guess hes done it again :(, stick to gangster flicks guy please.

  • @concernedagain Couldn't agree with you more. I love the originals and I even walked out on the first film. But I saw it again and forgot it was meant to be Holmes.

Watch it for the sake of entertainment, it's quite amusing.

  • Fuck yeah! Stephen Fry as Mycroft Holmes!

  • Loved that Mycroft is in this film! Steven Fry is PERFECT for the part too.

This movie was, hands down, TOTALLY AWESOME!! And while there are some creative differences, there are a lot of similarities to the books.

  • Sherlock and Mycroft Holmes: Bringing sibling rivalry to a whole new level

  • Stephen Fry! Fuck yeah!

  • Oh my goodness! Stephen Fry! <3

  • This is movie is awesome <3

  • Ha ha ha, Sherly, I love it.

  • Awe...brothers adorable. The movie's pretty good.

  • Stephen Fry as Mycroft Holmes, the only person with as much intelligence as Sherlock and Moriarty. Awesome.

  • @TheZacula yeah. according to hercule poirot (who also has an older brother), every detective has a brother who is as clever, but not as practical, as himself.

  • @agenttheater5 but it rather defeats your point when it is revealed that poirot's "brother" was actually poirot himself with a shaved face - an alias he was using in that particular case

  • @Pocketwatch625 sorry, didn't actually read that story. found out about poirot's "brother" when I was researching mycroft

  • First... oh wait

  • Stephen Fry might make this worth seeing.

  • @MBaxtonM dumbass

  • @gnl3gg Well, you might not have noticed, obviously being one of the mindless movie goers that make trite, horrid blasphemies against literature like the first Sherlock Holmes movie possible, but it was actually pretty horrible. I don't think the screenwriter or the director had even ever read a Sherlock Holmes story. Having Stephen Fry on board gives this movie at least some credibility.

  • @MBaxtonM Everything that you just said without exception was WRONG!

  • @gnl3gg Oh, you poor child. If that's what you think then clearly you are not only unfamiliar with the works of Sir Author Conan Doyle, but you you have exceptionally horrible taste in movies. Good Day.

  • You went and conscripted the awesome Stephen Fry to play the awesome character Mycroft Holmes and look see, you've squared your awesomeness.

  • STEPHEN FRY!!!

  • Sent by TheSlowMoGuys ??
