This is absurd and dangerous. H2 burns at about 10 times the rate of gas vapor. Most engines will not last long at those pressures and it may cause catastrophic failure. If you want to run a car on "water", first you have to split the H2 off for fuel. Then you run the pure H2 through a cell that reunites the H2 to the O creating e- heat and water. You don't just pump H2 into the carburetor, that's just idiotic, which they show a few moments later, but you cut that bit. Go read a science book.
